Up, Down, Up, Down, Down, Down...

Yesterday, had a bit of flip-out of sorts. Not Good. Not Good for anyone in this house. My kids are awesome. Too bad their Mother is crazy.

Wondering if I could be bipolar II after reading through this website (and others) sent to me by a caring friend.

I am waiting for the return of the Up so that I have the energy to make a necessary series of phone calls. Maybe.

Wondering, too, if this is yet just another one of my never ending distractions from writing.
